Troubleshooting Tips
App crashes on launch
Force-close the app, then reopen. If the issue persists, check for an App Store update. As a last resort, delete and reinstall the app — your cloud-synced data will be restored on login.
FPI score not updating
Pull down to refresh on the Dashboard screen. If the score still doesn't update, ensure you've saved all recent changes to your income, bills, and asset data.
Plaid connection error
Go to Settings → Connections, remove the affected bank, then re-add it. You may need to re-enter your bank credentials through Plaid's secure flow.
Household invite not received
Check the recipient's spam folder. If the email isn't there, re-send the invite from Settings → Household → Manage Partners. Ensure the email address is correct.
