Account Deletion

You can delete your FitPockets account and all associated data at any time. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

This action is permanent and irreversible.

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your budget data, FPI score history, financial statements, and account credentials. This cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete In-App

Open FitPockets on your iPhone

Tap the profile icon or go to the Menu

Navigate to Settings

Tap Account

Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the screen

Confirm deletion by entering your email address when prompted

Tap "Delete My Account" to confirm. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2: Request via Web Form

If you cannot access the app, submit a deletion request below. We'll process it within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

  • All budget data, paychecks, and bill allocations
  • FPI score history and all financial statements
  • Asset and debt records
  • Household and partner connections
  • Account credentials and profile information

Retention exception: FitPockets may retain certain records for up to 7 years where required by law (e.g., for tax or compliance purposes). These records are anonymized and cannot be linked back to you.
